Yeah, exactly. So you don't want to build a native CF binary looking for
020 kernel32.

Why Vincent's? That library is part of the freemint project, at least that

The reason why you don't see it is that it was very hard to come up with a
serious argument why it should be included (time spent), esp. with its
closed source parts.

And as why his repository, well, because Travis uses it for build freemint
tools. Sure, it would be very, very nice if we could have a dependency
chain to trigger all dependant builds as soon as one element is updated but
unfortunately, I don't know about such service.

A compromise could be downloading binary snapshots from github (or bintray
for that matter) but this still doesn't solve the dependency problem. So I
didn't bother.
