Seems so... i get error
"Unable to find loader 
Reko.Environments.AtariTOS.PrgLoader,Reko.Environments.AtariTOS"

So at least he seems to recognize that it is an Atari executable. There is 
also a Reko.Environments.AtariTOS.dll  in the install directory. Any idea?

I'm using version 0.7.1, just downloaded.
