That is a native feature, and it processes requests from a special pci driver 
to query the *hosts* pci. It does not emulate any atari pci hardware. That is 
similar to fVDI using aranym.sys to draw on a screen without emulating some 
specific graphic card. I think the PCI_BIOS feature in MiNT is something 
completely different. But i never had any use for it so i can't tell for sure.
