Minixfs pl6 ...

pl6 has just been uploaded to atari.archive and ftp.uni-muenster.de . I've
included binaries with this version since the pl2 binaries are a bit out of
date now (not to mention buggy).
	pl6 fixes quite a few bugs (thanks Andreas) some of which are nasty.
Tentative FUTIME/FTRUNCATE Fcntl support too but not tested, I thought it
better to get the bugs fixed quickly!
	Final note to archive maintainers. Please delete all the previous
versions of minixfs except 0.55 . That is all mfs60*.zoo other than those
just uploaded.
	Filenames of pl6 are mfs606s.zoo and mf606b.zoo .
