Lattice port of MiNT 1.11

I have ported the MiNT 1.11 Beta sources (as posted by Eric last week)
to Lattice C.

The diffs are very minor, and just add a few prototypes in order to get
rid of some warnings.  One other change is needed to work around a 
Lattice C bug, but the changed version works with both Lattice and GNU.
(And is better, IMO).

I can send diffs to anyone on request.  (Or should I just mail them to
this list?).
