Perhaps, then, I don't understand fully what Setexc does.  Under both
normal TOS and MiNT, does a new vector installed by Setexc automatically
fall through the old vectors?  That was my primary concern with Setexc... 
By simply changing the 'jmp 0' to 'jmp old_vec' I can easily jump through
the old vector with little manipulation.  But with Setexc, how can I still
execute the old vectors painlessly? 

Sorry, but I'm a bit new to this whole exception vectors thing...  (can ya
tell?  8^)
