Virtual Consoles

I have tried to write to nox, but i was not able to address him correct.

I tried to install the virtual consoles on MiNT, but at startup vconx 
says that he not able to create a pipe.

What is wrong in my conifg ?
 
My configuration: Atari Mega ST4, Pak68/3, NOVA VMEPlus,
	 Mint 1.10h9 (i'm not able to run MiNT 1.12 on the Nova), 
	 Mintos 1.4.1, Mint-Net 0.56

In rc.local:
