Signals on non-console tty's.

My wife logs on via another ST using the MIDI port. If she telnet's to a
host, then ^C ^Z and so forth are all interpreted properly. However this
is not the case for MiNT itself, which does a marvellous job of
pretending that the control keys do not cause signals to be raised.

I've checked with stty. Everything seems in order. Am I missing someing
in the gettytab entries perhaps? Or is there an stty mode that I'm missing?
