Send-Q jams.

A semi-frequent problem:

Bytes are send out, and wind up in the Send-queue. You can type netstat
and see them sitting, waiting to go out. Data from the connection is
still recieved, but once the send-queue jams up, nothing further will get
sent. It just keeps piling up.

The only solution that I have to date, is to kill the application or
break the socket, and make a new connection.

Ideas, please. Is this a bug? Is it simply a net-thing?
