I set it to \\gnu\\lib\;\\usr\\local\\lib (so $GNULIB is
\gnu\lib;\usr\local\lib), which works OK.  Not that I like dropping that
DOS pathname brain-damage in there, but hey, I need to compile stuff.  :)
