W1r3 binaries soon

I know none of the W mailing list folks care, since they've already
built their W1r3 binaries, but I should be getting a new
case/powersupply for my hard disk on Friday, and will be building W1r3
binaries on Saturday for my web pages.

Sorry for the wait, but I didn't expect my power supply to die after
only four years.  I mean, sheesh, _one_ 5.25" full-height disk shouldn't
be drawing > 250W...
