[answer] Oddly named MiNTlib files

Hello all...

JM Felderhoff sent me the details of the mintlib distribution
that gave him some trouble due to odd file names.  It turns out
to be PL46.  

Jens, I tried to reply to your message personally, but I am
getting a "too many hops" error.  I suggest you get PL47
at ftp://ftp.cam.org/users/ypell,  or on funet.fi.
