I got an impression that POWERDOS is a sort of network extension for
GEMDOS. I remember we were using this program once (in some 1992/3) to
connect a Falcon and a Mega STE via LAN port. It worked nice, you could
access Mega's hard drive from Falcon that way, the Mega worked as a
"server" and the Falcon as a "client". I don't know if POWERDOS has any
additional functions. The only thing I am sure is that I failed to
run POWERDOS several years later, when I tried to run it on an Atari
meeting in order to connect two Falcons.
