There's nothing to change. Of course, the system doesn't react on any
keys, because it is actually halted. Any keys, except for Control/Alt/Del.
I see no point in changing that to any other key or combination. At least
the message says "YOU MUST REBOOT THE SYSTEM" and Control/Alt/Del is the
obvious way to do that, isn't it?
