bzip{,2} is *not* faster, it is in fact _significantly_ slower than
gzip and uses a scary amount of memory, especially considering the
machines MiNT can run on (it's ``small'' memory model uses up to
~2.5MB IIRC).  The 14-1 is FUD too.  Try it and see.
