[MiNT] About 68060 compilation with GCC 2.8.1

I may make a mistake, but I think that the GCC 2.8.1 specs
file is not correct for 68060 compilation ...
One should add the :
%{m68060:-D__M68020__ -D__mc68020__ %{!ansi:-Dmc68020}}
to the very long line :
*cpp:
It seems that 68060 compilation doesn't work properly
without ...
