Not as far as I know.  

When pppd and the kernel were upgraded, only 57k6 and 115k2 were added.  
Given that several v90 modems and ISDN adapters allow 230k4, now seems
like a good time to upgrade both.

Btw, if anybody tries to upgrade Howard's pppd-2.2.0f diffs for 230k4,
please try porting them to pppd-2.3.5 as well, if possible.   Thanks.
