[MiNT] more of the ICMP redirect bug

Hello Torsten,

You might recall that persistant bug that was reported by several
of my neighbors: MiNT-Net broadcasts ICMP redirect requests.

Here is a sample, taken from my new Linux gateway:

X8------------------------------------------------------
<paska:root>/root# tcpdump -q -i eth1
tcpdump: listening on eth1
13:12:29.537040 paska.ntp > 192.168.255.255.ntp: udp 48
13:12:29.537040 rakas > paska: icmp: redirect 192.168.255.255 to net paska

2 packets received by filter
0 packets dropped by kernel
<paska:root>/root#
X8------------------------------------------------------

Paska is my Linux gateway PC, Rakas is my MiNT worstation TT030:
Linux paska 2.2.16 #4 Sat Jul 29 16:07:10 EEST 2000 i486 unknown
mint rakas 1.15.5 3.6 ataritt mc68030

In any event, this seems to prevent my TT from geting the NTP
broadcasts sent by my gateway (Yes, I have ported an NTP client
that could use them - only one warning, no error).
