[MiNT] Configuring TosWin?

So I do not have a telnet problem, and I cannot have a terminfo
problem, now having a too-big set of terminfos in my home
director where man terminfo says they will be found, including
everything with a "tw" prefix, but things still are not right.

Thanks to everyone for the help that got me this far. I am stuck
again.

I would expect to see

PINE 4.55 MAIN MENU Folder: INBOX 235 Messages

What I actually see is

1;20rHJ1;1H7m PINE 4.55 MAIN MENU

And it continues like that, putting proper things on the wrong
lines, surrounded by what seems to be semicolon delimited control
character strings.

What is that? Looks to me like terminal control characters being
handled as printable characters. So, I may have a TosWin
problem.

What should I have, using a TT with a TTM195 monitor, in my
Fenster configurieren setup? Is anyone else using this machine
and this monitor?

This is over a telnet connection to a NetBSD shell host. The
shell on the far end is tcsh.

I see what I expect from Pine, and from tin, using STiNG and
Telstar. I do not see what I expect using MiNT and SpareMiNT
telnet, and SpareMiNT TosWin. So it is somehow possible to fix
this, but I have tried just about everything, and have not.

What additional information seems to be necessary? This is an
EasyMiNT setup, and that part of it works well.
