[MiNT] Problems with MiNT kernel

Hi!

For those who experience odd stability problems with the current CVS kernel:
it may be worth trying to boot the debug version of the same kernel (just
add -DDEBUG_INFO to compile time options, as defined in
freemint/sys/KERNELDEFS).

The problem is, as I observed several times, that some (mostly odd)
difficulties observed on "normal" kernels do not occur on debug kernels,
eventhough the actual code is (should be) the same in both; which is odd by
itself.

The DEBUG_LEVEL in mint.cnf may remain 0, it doesn't/shouldn't matter.
