There are better points to "touch the Atari perfection", than to question
the location of one Ctrl key and later fight for this point heroically
during three days, refusing to accept that there may be another point of
view.

Sarcastic replies were done, because of the weight you seem to attribute to
this question. *Apparently* the rest of the world does not treat this as so
deadly important, as you seem to do.

And since you finally give up the topic, I'll remark only this:

Nopes, CapsLock is a control key (the same class as: SHIFT, ALT, CTRL,
INSERT, CLRHOME and ALTGR).
