[MiNT] appl_getinfo documentation bug?

I make a short test under MagiC 6.20 with also answer ap_gout2 = 1 and ap_gout3
= 1.

With shel_write ( 1, 1, 0, "x".... ) the program 'x' starts after the
application that make the shel_write was finish.

So documentation is right.

GEM AES 4.1 returns ap_gout2 = 0 and ap_gout3 = 1.
