I delivered a whlmoose.xdd with enabled and working wheel support.
(the assembler version)
I actually used the wheel on my Milan/latest TOS4.8/XaAES 0.963.

It looks like I have been the only person in the world that ever
used a mouse wheel with XaAES. ;-)

Ozk has disabled it when converting to C.
He told me he couldnt test it. I have forgotten why. Perhaps he didnt
want to upgrade his Milan TOS, or he didnt have a wheel mouse.

Mice with at least l wheel are very cheap now.
Not having a wheel mouse is a poor argument for a OS developer.
