With 1.16 I couldn't even format from the bash command line.

I use 50MHz because of the SCSI. It used to work at 30MHz with
the 68040 but not after the cpu upgrade.

I tried disabling pretty much everything to get the network to
function properly. I didn't actually remove the CDs but did disable
Extendos.
 
Disabling the scsi driver isn't easy because it is flashed into the
TOS so it isn't something that I like doing.

I am sure there are others using scsi that have fully working
networks and floppy drives but I haven't worked out what the
trick is.
