That would also imply the GFA library is incorrect, but it's not.  I did
test it before I posted.  Pretty sure I did bclr #3 (in asm) and bconin()
stops reporting the modifier keys which agrees with the memory map.

I do feel the GFA lib is in error, not on the bit number thought, but on the
fact that it's messing around with some system variable.  I have removed it
for the library.
