Didn't you rather mean a particular FreeMiNT kernel? Or is it related to fVDI perhaps? Surely not to ARAnyM as that's a virtual hardware and XaAES is not touching hardware at all, I hope.
I don't think it's an Aranym-issue. I have noticed a problem with the desktop not being correctly redrawn on my Milan as well.
