[MiNT] ncurses
Hello.
I have built the ncurses 5.7 binaries for all the multilib variants.
I have updated my Cygwin and Ubuntu binaries.

Basically, it works, even on ColdFire.
There are a lot of example programs, I have seen some strange visual
behaviours. There is room for improvements in the terminfo descriptions and
maybe other MiNT components.
But the important thing is that we can now build programs depending on
ncurses for ColdFire, we can improve the display later.
