Yes, there was no stops at all when I did a REBOOT from Task manager. 
Goes all the way till the part where ask for key press (new Mint030.prg you gave 
me).

The xa_boot.log is http://phsw.110mb.com/vid/xa_boot2.log.

1st startup - shutdown section is when I do a reboot from Task manager.
2nd startup - shutdown section is when I do a HALT (shutdown) from Teradesk.
