Ok, I apologise. I must have made a mistake while copying the builds and renaming my System folder. Not sure where I went wrong but I retested the builds and the Helmut build from 21112010 actually works fine and can reboot without crashing. It clear screen & homes the cursor before displaying any messages. The messages does not reach the bottom of the screen and so no crashes. Thanks. :-) Rgds WongCK
