CPU does not matter.

As you wish, but I plan to review all those makefiles some day, standardization is the first step to refactoring.

When trying to build everything for ColdFire, I noticed that those .grd files did not use the same CFLAGS as other parts, that was a bad smell. Even if that does not matter now, the same CFLAGS should be used to build all the kernel parts. All that Makefile stuff are already complicated enough, if every subdir uses it's own scheme we will not understand anything...
