[MiNT] symlinks in /kern/<pid> are broken

Looks like the /kern/<pid>/cwd, -exe and -root symlinks are broken in
1-19-cur. E.g. /kern/self/cwd points to [0004]:18936260 instead of the
actual cwd.

I noticed this today because Taskbar is using this symlink to locate
some files. In 1.18.0 the symlinks are correct.
