Except 1. (you can let it display col/line in the status-line though) all
possible with MircoEmacs (and ctags for 3. and 4.)

But you'd possibly need some days/weeks to be able to handle it properly
...
I've also made macros to let it jump to the line an error-message points
to, all in all better than any IDE for me. Also I have the same
environment on any system I'm using this way.
