Resource tracking

Sigh...I just took a more careful look at the source and docs for
MiNT, and it seems as though the resource usage information returned
by Pwaitpid() is limited to *two* long words instead of the eight
allowed by Prusage(), and they're even in a different order.

So, it looks as though we can't report on *any* new resources via
Pwaitpid() without using one of the schemes outlined in my previous
message.

So...which idea did you like best?
