MiNT/MTOS under PAK3

I'm seriously thinking of buying a PAK3 accelerator for my MSTE. As this
would be mainly for playing around with MiNT/MTOS I wondered if anybody
else has already got such a setup?

I'm most interested to hear how MiNT/MTOS fairs under Virtual Memory. AFAIK
the PAK3 can use the 'Outside' VM manager. Does anybody have any experience
of 'Outside' or any other VM manager?
