How do you compile MiNT

Almost a week ago I posted a question about how to recompile MiNT with
various compilers. I got no reply.

Please, if you are compiling MiNT, could you PLEASE tell me 
what compiler are you using?
what libraries are you using?
which makefile/compilation switches are you using?

I am able to compile mint with Pure C and Lattice C, but neither works as
it should. I tried compiling with GCC, but I'm getting undefined symbols
(mmu_set, etc).
