Request for permission to include MINT mailing list in RFD

I will soon be submitting an RFD for the creation of a newsgroup for the
dissemination of Atari ST binaries. I would like permission to include the
MINT mailing list in the distribution of the RFD.  Inclusion of the list does
not imply approval of the RFD by memebers of the list, but rather allows the
widest possible audience who may be interested in the proposal.
