Which Apache port? I included the diffs with my port (1.2.4) at
  http://homepages.fh-giessen.de/atariSt/ports.html
Unfortunately I found a strange bug when using CAB and Howard's
overlay with SSI pages. Lynx works fine. I hope to fix this in the next
time.
