Err, sorry, but I think this would be better done by someone
else.  If this requires any knowledge of internet protocol
internals and mintnet internals, I would be way out of my
league.   Also, I don't think these header files belong in
Mintlib (at least not until such a time as when the portlib,
socketlib and mintlib are unified.)  I would suggest Howard, or
Kay Roemer, if he still actively looks after MiNTnet.
