I have almost completed such a "toy" distribution, which I feel
should be apporpriate for mere ST users who need VFAT and GlueSTiK.
Since I'm no Unix expert, this kit will be dead easy to use.
The "demo" is presently running on my Stacy. What remains to-do
is the documentation...
What's currently included:
MiNT 1.15.b2
Minix.XFS
MiNTnet 1.01
PPPD 2.2.0
GlueSTiK 0.2.b4 (my own GCC compile)
ConNexion
Recommended clients in my "draft" docs:
Pine 3.96
AFTP 1.3
CAB.OVL 1.8404
Thing
At this point, I'm still debating wether I prefer to include TosWin
or VCONS. Remember, this kit is mainly intended to provide GlueSTiK
and VFAT-floppy support, on a mere ST which is limited to 4 Mb.
