regarding MONTH in mint

well I think, It is just me, that month of Jan should start at 1.
As many unix soft generally take -m 1 for example as january. While -m
0 would mean current month. I find that logical. Eventhough, that's
true, programer start counting at 0.
(my 2 cents worth).
