Not quite - see my other message:

Contrary to the ST machines, where video and DMA accesses go directly to the
memory data bus, the Falcon DMA transfers data via the CPU data bus - and
this works when accessing fastram, too, as long as it is on the 16-bit CPU
bus (and that means below 16MB).
