Debugmessage without Debugging?

Hi!

Today I got a message painted on my screen although DEBUG_LEVEL was not set
in mint.cnf. It was:
pid 7 (THING): fatfs.c open FILEPTR detect in: c_remove (\hsmint-0.9.zoo)
pid 7 (THING): Files were open on a changed drive (0x0)!
Well, I tried to copy the above mentioned file from drive a to my harddisk
and when Thing (from N.AES 1.10) asked to overwrite the existing file I said
skip it. After changing the floppy disk I got the above message when I tried
to access it. I can reproduce it in that way.
Is this unexpected message output a feature of the MiNT 1.15.0 _Beta_ 8 or
just a forgotten check for DEBUG_LEVEL?
