N.aes/speedup.inf

  Just a couple of questions about N.aes v1.1/speedup
  
  1) When you run the shutdown command, is there any specific options
     you should have checked? I'm killing ACC's, efficient method, cold
     reboot...
    
  Now...about the Speedup program
  
  1) What exactly does it do? The name seems obvious but... ;-)
  
  2) In Speedup.inf, the programs listed at the end get a higher
     priority, therefore speed? 20 is faster 0 is slower, right?

  3) Top...it refers to the fronted (topped, active) window/app, right
     ? Whats the best recommended setting for that?
