[MiNT] fnramfs 0.54 & MinixFS 0.70 pl7

Hi all!

I also uploaded an new version of my ramdisk (with real Unix-like unlink 
behaviour -> will solve problems with shellscripts).

MinixFS 0.70 pl7 include some new Dcntl and a completly rewritten minit 
that solve initialization problems. It requires XHDI and can't access 
floppy disks at the moment.
