[MiNT] Warning, bug in beta 0.4

Hi,

I just found a very stupid bug in my latest code in syscall.spp.
Unfortunately, this code is already included into beta 0.4. Basically,
this causes a crash if a program calls Vsetscreen() from supervisor mode
(only Falcons are affected).

This is unlikely scenario, but I already found out that Pure Debugger does
that (thus crashes).

I will send a patch to Frank next minutes.
