yes, that´s it - as long as can be set by the user. And some users 
cannot set it. And since we miss something like AUTOEXEC where 
programs can install env. vars automatically it´s hard to write an 
automatic install program. Simply - for average users it´s best to 
avoid any env vars.

This doesn´t solve the average user´s solution.
