I *did* send email also to mint-approval@fishpool.com: I contacted all
of mint-request, Majordomo, and mint-approval.  So maybe there has
been even more problems with fishpool.com email?

Well, when even mint-approval didn't answer, I decided not to bother
further contacting fishpool and ask in the list whether there was some
trick I was missing...
