[MiNT] using MIDI with pppd
Hi everyone!
I wanted to use MIDI to establish a link between my Stacy and my TT,
but Syslog reports "ioctl: illegal or out of range value 31250" or
something like that and refuses to establish the connection.
Since ioctl is a kernel function, should I asume that MiNT is to blame?
Btw, "slattach -l local -r remote -p slip -t /dev/ttye" works, which
I think is because slip doesn't require setting the baudrate, but using
ppp on slattach results in the same problem as directly accessing pppd.
Anyways, the kernel and/or pppd should be fixed, so that midi explicitely
allow 31250 baud (but other ports should not allow that baudrate!), but
since I am not familiar with either the kernel nor pppd sources... :-/
