Sorry but that's not my opinion. Here on my Hades the latest Kernel works 
just fine.

Euch, I had this problem with the 1.15.1-1.3 kernel but now with the 
latest one this problem is gone.

The only problem I've is that from time to time Phoenix 5 (database) give 
me a: 

"kmemory.c, 1457: kmalloc (512) fail, out of memory?" alert.

When I start Phoenix the system has usualy 117 MB free RAM. 
With the previous beta's this alert mostly appeared when Phoenix was 
loading the database. Now with the latest kernel this happens when I do a 
search session.
