	As I said, my terminfo/termcap is ok. It's the last termcap
comming from the guy who ported the ncurse lib (you know, the one
who did PARCP...). It's the last one he did.
	Note that the env variable TERM is ok. It points to the "vt52"
in case of toswin, and to "stv52" in case of virtual console...

	Note also that my compilation of joe had been done with both
curse & ncurse lib : same result. Joe does not understand arrows...
